I have this Dendrobium pendulum since the spring and it is already blossoming. Nice small plant, with curiously shaped stalks. And the flowers are pleasantly and gently scented.
I guess if they got more light, the violet tips would be more prominent and larger.
And this Lecanopteris celebica seems to be doing fine. Just the tips of the roots are dying off for some reason. I blame the salts building up on the surface of the pot. Because I am a bit lazy sometimes and water it with tap water.
The black spots are totally normal as the old parts of the rhizome die away as the plant creeps along tree trunks in the wild.
