Traveling plants

This is the stuff we got with us from Berlin:
American agave and African Aloe from my friends home.
Antique Chinese carved wooden panel from a flea market near the zoo.
And the only German thing-a book with work by Sebastian Krüger.

And continuing on the topic of animals:
dead animals we saw or heard of.
At the zoo there were few tiny dead white mice here and there in the cage for kuati.
A fat dead rat was sunbathing on the grass where some herbivore animals were staying.
And we found out that the beloved polar bear named Knut was found earlier that morning floating dead face down in his pond. A few hundred people witnessed it.
