Small and big feet
More reppoting to be done.
Some plants have really unexpected roots. Like the haworthia in the first photo. Well it needs these kind of sausages to survive the harsh conditions.
It can even hide in the ground, this haworthia. When the dry season comes, the roots loose much of their mass and the plant sort of falls down deeper into the soil. That way most of the plant is hidden from the hot sun and evaporates lees precious moisture.
