Home made ice cream


Attention-not for the calorie conscious! The total of the calories exceeds 40 %...

I don't even own an ice cream making machine, but it has turned out just fine.

1 can of condensed sweetened milk
250 ml of milk cream(I bought the one with 35% fat).
forest berry jam
a pinch of salt

Whip the cream, add the condensed milk and the jam, whisk  a bit more. Pour into a container and toss into the freezer. You can enjoy your ice cream in 5-8 hours depending on the size of the container.

One can add all possible things into the mass: caramel, chocolate chips, nuts and so on.

Aha, super paprasta. Bet mano draugas sako, kad kondensuoto per daug. Labai skonis jauciasi. Bandyk deti maziau, ne visa skardine.
