Hearts and oil

I must show my beautiful ferns. These two here are small species. 
Heart fern-Hemionitis arifolia. 
It's sometimes difficult to convince people it's a fern :-D
 A new leaf unfolding.
And this one here is called an oil fern. You can see why, right? The scientific name is microsorum steerei. 
I saw it in USA this spring for the first time. I still can't believe I own one now!

These are not some bug eggs. These are spores. They can be situated in many different ways: in nice simetric rows, like dust on leaf tips. This one here though looks very funny.
