It took two takes to make these cupcakes. I Somehow missed the fact that one needs to use the special muffin baking form, apart from the paper cups. So, the first time I got 16 delicious blueberry flat cakes. Then I had to invest into that baking form and the roasted blueberry cupcakes turned out just perfect! The recipe can be found here.
The occasion I made them for was a bachelorette party for our friend.
The colorful picnic inside. Grass was wet so we stayed at home and had a great night.
